Edward T. Printy, CPA & CFO

Edward T. Printy, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, has a proven track record as a financial manager in the manufacturing, real estate development and health insurance industries. Ed has functioned primarily in the operating environment and has principally concentrated on operational analysis, planning and budgeting activities. He specializes in working with executive management to obtain and analyze the data necessary to make critical decisions regarding the future of the organization.

Ed graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Marketing and the University of Northern Iowa with a MBA (concentration in Finance). He became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona in 1980 and is a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs. Ed completed his MBA, accounting studies and CPA certification preparation at night while he maintained a full work schedule.

Ed joined Mark Mertel and his Family of Companies in the health insurance industry in 1988. Ed has functioned as VP Finance for a third party administrator (TPA), a managing general underwriter (MGU) and a utilization review/large case management company (UR/LCM) for the past fourteen years. He manages the accounting and treasury activities of all the firms including Partners Rx as well as participating as a member of the senior management staff.
